Estancia Club

The Estancia Club / Community in Scottsdale, Arizona is located on 600 acres at the base of Pinnacle Peak in Scottsdale, Arizona.The world-class 18 hole golf course was designed by Tom Fazio. In addition to the golf course, the project consists of an extremely elegant clubhouse and gate house, 25 upscale Casitas, and 250 high-end lots.

Completed in November 1995, the course was ranked #1 in the state of Arizona, and the best new course in America in 1996 by Golf Digest. Estancia is currently ranked number 64 in the world and number 65 in the United States by Golf Magazine. The sales price of the lots range from $350,000 to over $800,000. The Casitas range in price from $1,000,000 to $2,000,000.

Current memberships are $235,000.

Already acknowledged to be the top golf project in Arizona, a state which features more top desert golf projects than any other state.

Golf Course Opened for Play Fall of 1995. Estancia is ranked in the Top 100 Courses in America and the World.

Winchester’s Responsibilities Were To:

• Complete the entitlement work
• Develop and manage the project from start to finish
• Schedule all aspects of the project
• Coordinate the golf course designer
• Coordinate the various architects
• Hire the key personnel to staff the golf course and clubhouse
• Maintain tight budget control
• Assemble and manage all golf course, clubhouse, ancillary buildings utilities, roadways and housing pad disciplines and systems
• Procure all maintenance equipment and the golf cart fleet
• Equip the clubhouse
• Oversee and provide input into the creation of all Club and HOA documents
• Close-out project
• Start-up the Club operations
