• Branson Creek, Branson, Missouri: 18-Hole high-end Championship daily fee Tom Fazio designed golf course. Clubhouse and infrastructure. Complete entitlement, development and turnkey management, club marketing and management. Opened in 2000.
  
  Consists of a 280 acre golf course carved out of the hills of the Ozarks and nestled among large stands of native Cypress and Sycamore trees. This project boasts multiple water features and is part of a 10,000 acre multi-use residential and commercial development. Winchester provided complete development management services.
  

• McDonnell Douglas Daily Fee Golf Course, Mesa, Arizona: 18 hole mid level daily fee golf course, clubhouse and all appurtenant buildings. Complete Entitlement and Development Management with construction completed by Crown Golf, Inc. Designer-Ken Kavanaugh. This course opened in 1997.
  
• Travertine, La Quinta, California: Winchester entitled this 1,000 acre golf, residential and commercial property. Property development is pending financing.
  
• Maderas, Poway, California: Winchester provided development management and consultation services for this Johnny Miller designed high-end daily-fee club which opened in the fall of 1999.
  
• Oak Valley, Beaumont, California: Winchester Principal was Project Engineer/Manager for a 7,000 acre master planned community including 4 championship golf courses. Responsibilities were for all value engineering and design work for the project.
